Bye bye to my Singapore's home
And I never thought that I need 3 days to clear everything. How can 2 person have sooo many things. Hmmph. I really don't like packing and unpacking. Grrrr.
If only we can have some kinda power to ask the things to fall into its respective place, like those witches on the TV. Fingers are all we need. =p
And, now it's another round of packin for the UK. Arghhhhh!

It's my B'day?
Anyways, I started to wonder, why didn't chinese celebrate their b'day according to the chinese calender (maybe they do but I don't know) and I bet most younger generation people don't know much about all this chinese traditions and the dates relevant to it (just like me, hehe). And I wonder if this month of ghost applies to all chinese across the board, regardless of religion or otherwise? Hmmm.

Fireworks 2007 in Putrajaya. The Italy team
Anyways, back to the fireworks (btw, tonite's performance's by the Italy team). To be frank, it's a lil below my expectation, but overall it's still a great show (coz nothing to compare with yet, hehe). There're some reallly good ones in between which got me to 'wow' non stop and the bit just before the finishing was awesome! It seriously cheers people up and certainly excites me! And you just feel, oooh my gaaaaawd! I was contented. =). The others were kinda..erm, repetitive. Oh, I do like the one that showed the shape of love. That's pretty! Hehe. Wonder how the other teams did thou?
Surprisingly, the place wasn't as crowded as I thought it'd have. Sooo different from when I was in Singapore last year (Oh yea, they had the fireworks competition last year in Singapore, and it's amazing!! Maybe that's the first time I got to see so many rounds of fireworks, =p), where you couldn't even move! It's good to have land and room to move around. Malaysia is still a nice place! Hehe. But the traffic after the show was hohoho, great!
I should really check out the finale on the 2nd Sept. Hope it'd be breathtaking! And now that I know where could be a better spot. Shall try to see from the theme park area next time. Be there at around 7 plus or 8 the latest will be good. AND shall remember to charge my camera before I leave the house the next round. Yea, that's the reason why I didn't manage to record a single thing. Battery's flat!

At last...
KL's traffic is horrendous! Never once did I get to experience a smooth sailing journey to and from KL. Sometimes I wonder, is it really that we have soooo many cars on the road, or the system simply is just not well planned. Thank goodness I don't work in KL. =p
Once I get my ticket tomorrow, I should be free for a while. Hehe. Time to enjoy and get some fats back!
I'm the Empress?
And I'm the Empress?!! Hmmm. Interesting!
You are The Empress
Beauty, happiness, pleasure, success, luxury, dissipation.
The Empress is associated with Venus, the feminine planet, so it represents,
beauty, charm, pleasure, luxury, and delight. You may be good at home
decorating, art or anything to do with making things beautiful (this is quite true, but who doesn't like to make things look good?! =p).
The Empress is a creator, be it creation of life, of romance, of art or business. While the Magician is the primal spark, the idea made real, and the High Priestess is the one who gives the idea a form, the Empress is the womb where it gestates and grows till it is ready to be born. This is why her symbol is Venus, goddess of beautiful things as well as love. Even so, the Empress is more Demeter, goddess of abundance, then sensual Venus. She is the giver of Earthly gifts, yet at the same time, she can, in anger withhold, as Demeter did when her daughter, Persephone, was kidnapped. In fury and grief, she kept the Earth barren till her child was returned to her.

Never ending list
It's frustrating.
To the extent that you don't even know what to say anymore. To the extent that you just want to know, what's the ultimate conclusion and all the processes that create only fuss can be flushed down the drain.
Other than exercising my voting responsibility, I shall pray harder that one day when I am asked 'what is Malaysia like', I can say proudly that 'it's a lovely country!'.
For now, I know I must be well-equipped and be competitive at the international level. Should my country is no longer a pleasant place to live, I'm not left with nothing. Life is more than this. Self-enrichment is compulsory before you can reach out to the others.

My Very Last Day
Had a good talk with Andrea. She's upset. It's the first time ever that I saw her like this. And that made me a lil emotional too. Hmmm. But good to know that my work, my presence are appreciated. =p
All the wishes and greetings from everyone are sooo lovely! Academic working environment still has its good. Sincerity, that's the best medicine. I'll surely missed the occasionally laid back working style here. =p

Thank you =)
You said thank you, for helping you soo much with the work, but I'd like to say thank you too, Michelle, Luo Le and Sharon, for giving me a chance to work with you girls, and discuss things together, and be part of the team. It's sooo sweet of you, all of you! I'm really glad to have known you, though it's only been a year plus, and that we barely talk much other than work stuff, I'll always remember, how you girls have made me feel all warm inside, and that friendship does wonders!
And don't worry, the scarf will not serve only as a scarf, but a friendship that I'll cherish always!
Thank you, and cheers!! =))

Possess and to be possessed
Where, or perhaps how, to find a balance in freedom? Is there any in the first place?
